What You Can Expect During the Course

Expect Thoroughly Trained Trainers: 

The participants in the Dale Carnegie Course® are made up of both formal and informal leaders. Psychological Safety is emphasized to create a safe place to try out new skills and ideas. The trainers are highly vetted and undergo an intense training that is ISO9002 certified to achieve consistent results globally. While part of a global organization, they are connected to your local culture, customs and language.

Expect Breakthroughs: 

Each time a new skill is introduced, it is practiced the ‘right’ way and coached in the moment before moving it out into your life and work. The Dale Carnegie Course® is designed to meet a variety of schedules, time frames and learning preferences.

8 Session: This is the standard program and all versions are developed from this option. This is delivered in person with 8 in-person sessions. Select locations also offer Awareness and Sustainment Sessions online.

3 Day: This is an intense immersion experience held in 3 in-person days. All the content is covered with two commitment reports (one on controlling stress and one human relations commitment) that are reported on in a sustainment session held after the three days are completed. This option is ideal for someone who wants fast results and is under time pressure.

12 Session: This expanded version allows for more coaching and practice, additional modules to practice thinking on feet (impromptu speaking), communicating with conviction, goal setting for a more enthusiastic and positive attitude, reinforcing human relations accountability along with other activities. If you are a person that prefers more time to practice skills, this version is a good option for you.

Why Empathy Is a Crucial Skill for Leaders

Empathy is not the same as sympathy—sharing someone’s emotions, generally by feeling sad about their circumstances. An empathetic approach is one of action.
